Step 1.
Reserve:
a) To ensure your rent, pay your reservation when prompted during booking in
on-line reservation system
b) All reservations for 12 hours or less, INCLUDING RESERVATIONS ON THE SAME DAY ARE BOOKED THROUGH OUR ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM.
c) For reservations that are over 12 hours call our customer service number: 0103093090.
Step 2.
Pick-up the key for the car from our office or from our PakuKympilla.fi automated keybox which can be found near the entrance to our office.
We will send you the pin-code to our keybox and instructions on how to get and return the keys and the vehicle to your email about 30 min before your reservation starts.
- Present your valid driver's license to the staff present. Return the vehicle to the same place, unless otherwise instructed.
There are Parking spots for your car near our offices.
Step 3.
Pay the reservation when booking through our online-booking system.
Method of payment for reservations booked in our office include cash, debit/credit card, Mash, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Visa Credit, MasterCard ja Eurocard.
Fuel the van 1,5 liters / driven 10 km before returning. We ask to see the receipt of the fueling when you return. Fuel vans with DIESEL.
No separate cash or credit card deposit is required.
